FAQ

Is it free?

Yes — sign in with Google, Apple or email and start logging right away.

Do I need a gym account?

No. Log solo, or join your gym's community to see teammates and attendance.

I'm a coach — can I track classes?

Yes. Instructors and gym managers can log classes and mark attendance; each student gets the session added to their logbook to confirm or dismiss.

Can I delete my data?

Anytime. Settings → Delete account removes your account and all training data permanently.

Can I export my logbook?

Anytime — download your full training history as a printable PDF or CSV.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — download it on the App Store today! Android (Google Play) is on the way; meanwhile the web app works on any phone.

Can it manage a gym too?

Yes — basic management (attendance, members, insights) is built into this app. For running a gym in earnest there is a dedicated Manager app. See the For gyms page for details.

What can other people see about me?

Your profile shows your name, belt, bio and Instagram if you add one. On a gym page, people who train there see your name, belt and attendance dates — never your training notes, techniques or condition. Your email is shown only to your home-gym members by default, and you can change or hide it in Settings.

Can I hide which gym I belong to?

Yes. Turn on "Hide my gym affiliation" in Settings and you disappear from gym member lists, activity feeds and weekly rankings. Your gym manager can still see you, so attendance and memberships keep working. Switch it on or off anytime.

Can a gym keep its member list private?

Yes. A gym manager can turn on "Keep members private" in Manage Gym. Then only managers see the member list, activity and rankings — the public gym page hides member counts too.
